| Returns Policy: I hope you will be happy with your purchase, however bespoke orders cannot be refunded (unless an item arrives damaged) as they are painted to order. Printed artwork will be fully refunded once it had been returned to me. Please check your spelling for
personalised items as mistakes cannot be corrected afterwards. |

Delivery information: Please
allow up to 4 weeks from order placement to delivery for bespoke orders. If this is a present for a special date please
contact me before ordering. Each order will be posted First Class to the UK. For international rates please contact me first. |
| Due to the hand-painted nature of bespoke orders, every effort will be made to ensure consistency to the image shown, however there may be slight variations in style/colour. |
